My office is located in the Montclair district of north Oakland just above Highway 13 and off of Park Boulevard. For those familiar with the Montclair area, 2220 Mountain Boulevard is a small retail/professional complex called Village Shopping Center. Suite 240 is on the second level of the building. ALL PATIENT PARKING IS ON THE FIRST LEVEL. Once you park, look for stairs near the restaurant, Italian Colors, and walk up to the second level. On the second level, cross the parking lot and continue through the open air corridor, at the end of the corridor there is a sign for Suite 240 with an arrow pointing left and finally, turn right. You will need a code to get in the front door. At the time your appointment is scheduled, I will give you the code.
